Universal AccessIBILITY
In 2020, Edward Hopper House Museum & Study Center received grant funding to increase access for our handicapped and disabled patrons. Starting with a ramp to our main entry and a restroom renovation, we are proud to build towards a future where we may all safely gather and share Edward Hopper's home in Nyack.
"Integration does not only mean equal access to jobs, housing and transportation but to the arts as well. To feed the soul is as important as feeding the body and the mind. This, too, should be universally accessible whenever possible. This Museum and Study Center is striving to do just that in its celebration of a world-famous artist who is an integral part of the Hudson Valley and Rockland County, while also providing a place for local artists to exhibit their crafts and refine their skills."
