SECOND SUNDAY FAMILY PROGRAMS
The Edward Hopper House is excited to collaborate with the Scribble Art Workshop and The Nyack Library to enhance our Family Programs. Beginning in December 2016, Second Sunday Family Programs will be held in the Community Room at The Nyack Library (20 South Broadway, Nyack).
Families are invited to drop in between 1 - 3 PM on the Second Sunday of each month. There is a suggested donation of $5 for participation.
December 11, Benjamin Levy, nationally known origami expert and creator, will teach tremendously fun to fold Christmas origami ornaments and Santas, (with perhaps a dreidel or two!). This session is for all skill levels, but participants must be at least ten years old and accompanied by a parent.
January 8, Scribble Art Workshop: Have you noticed all the interesting objects in the house owned by the Hopper family? In this workshop we’ll create beautifully adorned treasure boxes to hold your most valued belongings. We’ll use collage with both paper and found objects.
