Instructors

The Edward Hopper House is posting a call for instructors to teach a variety of workshops throughout the year.  We are looking for teachers for children’s, teen and adult courses in all mediums, including but not limited to the visual/performing arts, writing, design, music, etc.  Interested instructors should have solid experience and must be able to provide 3 teaching references.  Instructors should submit via the form below, a resume, 3 references, and a potential lesson plan for a class they’d be interested in offering.  Please also note if you would be interested in teaching private lessons.

Please note the Hopper House offers a wide variety of courses ranging from one day workshops to recurring classes.  Instructors are compensated on a sliding scale based on the number of participants.  The compensation and charge to students for private lessons is negotiated individually.  Instructors must be flexible and open to adjustments to the structure of their workshop based on Hopper House’s needs and abilities.
