Exhibiting at Edward Hopper HouseThe Edward Hopper House Art Center selects exhibits through the Exhibition Committee. This volunteer committee is a diverse group of professional artists and/or curators.
Exhibits are scheduled approximately 18 months to two years in advance. There are six shows per year, including the following annual exhibits:
You are welcome to submit work to be considered for the above shows, if the guidelines allow. We ask that selected artists become members of Hopper House. The next calendar year with openings is 2015. In order to review your art for the remaining two or three annual slots, submissions must be received by October 1, 2013 to be considered for the 2015 calendar year. Exhibitions are usually scheduled for two or three artists at one time and all media is considered. We encourage group submissions and curator proposals as well. Work will only be considered for the calendar year next being scheduled. We may ask you to resubmit or hold on to your work for consideration in the following year. Responses will be sent to artists by October 31. Artists are responsible for delivery/pickup and all related costs. Submissions are made online by clicking the link below.
